Collaboration with The House of Hope and Mercy in the Jungle who hosted contemporary tea ceremonies in my teahouse installation for the 20th Craft Festival in Bovey Tracey, Devon UK.

Teas tasted:
1. Rice Bud Silver Needle, Chinese White Tea: Da Bai (Big White) Cultivar from Fozi Mountain Tea Garden, Zhenghe County, Fujian, China.
2. Sencha, Japanese Green Tea (Aracha): Yabukita Cultivar from Blue Forest Garden in Wazuka, Japan.
3. Ali Shan GABA, Taiwanese Oolong: Jinxuan cultivar from Ali Shan, Meishan District, Nantou County, Taiwan. After picking the leaves then undergo GABA Oxygen Free fermentation processing.
4. Spring Black, British Black Tea: First Flush 2024, Mixed Cultivar. Handpicked & handcrafted by Dartmoor Estate Tea, Ashburton, Devon UK.
